A Brief History
Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. I began playing competitive football (soccer) at the age of 5 for an u/7 team in Melbourne. I went through some strange changes throughout my youth football days. After making my senior debut at aged 16, I accepted a move to the United states at age 18 to compete for a D2 college. After 2 years at the d2 college level, I decided to return home and see my family and friends. I was lucky enough to sign for multiple clubs before venturing back to the USA to continue my playing and coaching career. I have since retired from football in 2015 to focus on my career as a Sport Performance practitioner.
The Present
I am currently part of Houston Dynamos's Sports Performance department. My role as Head of Sports Science deals with all aspects in relation to player monitoring. I work in conjunction with the Sports Medicine department to ensure all players are healthy and fit.
I have worked with an array of athletes including AIHL Champions, Australian national ice hockey players, Australian national floor hockey players, NAHL Ice hockey Champions, AFL footballers, A-league soccer players, NPL soccer players, W-league soccer players, WWE Wrestlers, USA Olympians, USA Collegiate D1,2,3 Athletes, and more. More recently, I was apart of Orlando City’s Sports Performance department as the Assistant Fitness Coach (2017-18).
