Insight To One of My Workouts
So, as Thanksgiving approached, I knew I would be absolutely stuffing my face with vegan goodies. I went to the gym on Wednesday night and had a relatively tough session. It was conjugated with strength, power, hypertrophy, and conditioning. Here is what I did;
1a) Single leg box jumps x 5 each
1b) Underhand med ball throws (athletic stance) x 10 each way
x 3 sets
2a) Deadlifts x 8 @ 75%RM
2b) Hanging leg raises
2c) Jump rope x 50
x 5 sets
3a) Push press x 3 @85%RM
3b) DB Single leg RDL x 6 each
x 5 sets
Conditioning:
4a) 1km row (aim for under 4 mins)
4b) 30 burpees (aim for under 2 mins)
as fast as possible, aiming for under 6 min mark.
